Off-Road Motorcycling
Some of the best off-road motorcycling in Wisconsin can be found in Jackson and Clark counties. One of the finest motorcycle trails anywhere is the Knobby Ridge Motorcycle Trail, located 8 miles west of Neillsville on Hwy 10. You’ll find 18 miles of designated motorcycle trails winding through the Clark County Forest.
Off-road Motorcycle Regulations
- Clark County - Only street legal motorcycles, driven by licensed operators, are allowed on the ATV trail system. Non-street legal motorcycles may only operate on the Knobby Ridge Motorcycle Trail.
- Jackson County - All motorcycles using the trail system must have a Jackson County Sticker. Jackson County has 16 miles of single track motorcycle trails.
- Effective in 2008 only street legal motorcycles, driven by licensed operators, are allowed on the Jackson County ATV trail system. Non-street legal motorcycles may only operate on the Crawford Hills ATV/Motorcycle Park located in Jackson County.
